Advanced English & Thesaurus is a free dictionary and Thesaurus with access to over 1.4 million words. A word search generates synonyms, antonyms, similar and related words in addition to hypernyms (more generic words), hyponyms (subordinate words) and meronyms (part names).

The default voice recorder should do for most users, but if you’re particular about recording your song ideas in higher quality, AL Voice Recorder is a decent option.
